AnatomyMaster is a cross-sectional anatomy education platform providing digital learning content to individual users, institutions, and organisations.
AnatomyMaster offers subscription plans for individual users and organisations. Subscription details, pricing, and duration are clearly displayed at the time of purchase.

Individual users may log in on multiple devices using their account credentials. However, only one device may be actively used at a time. Logging in on another device will automatically log out any currently active session.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

AnatomyMaster offers IP-based access subscriptions for institutions.
With this option, authorised institutional networks can access AnatomyMaster without requiring individual login credentials.
Institution administrators can enable access by registering approved IP addresses for devices or networks.
We offer video consultation to assist with setup and implementation of institutional access.
Free trial access may be offered to universities and institutions upon request.
Institutional customers receive dedicated customer support for up to 10 hours per day, Monday to Friday, via email, chat, or phone.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings using a simple two-click cancellation process.
Cancellation will prevent future renewals. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period, unless a refund is requested and approved under the refund policy.
Users may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase using the refund option in their account. Approved refunds will be automatically processed to the original payment method.

If service availability falls below 95% uptime within a subscription year, affected users may be eligible for a full refund upon request.
Scheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and circumstances beyond our control may affect availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AnatomyMaster's total liability for any claim related to subscriptions or services shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user during the applicable subscription period.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the service.
Maximum compensation under any circumstance shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the user.
